The evaporator coil had been replace in 11/22 and this issue started 2/23 so i don’t thing anything could have caused a problem when the coil was replaced. The infinity thermostat has not been great for me. I have the fancy carrier infinity thermostat. It is not worth it. I hate the controls, or lack of controls really. The ability to use a variable fan speed is a lie. The system determines fan speed and mine has never been adjustable. You can set 4 temperatures. It worked with the Carrier ver 3.61 software, but stopped communicating on any version beyond 3.61. I had to downgrade from 4.05 to 3.61 for the thermostat to work correctly.
