2024 Davinci resolve grab still greyed out

Checks to see if I'm using DaVinci Resolve. If so continue.. Checks to see if I'm on the Edit page (as in the Edit page icon at the bottom is in color and not greyed out). If so continue.. I was wondering if anyone has encountered an issue where Resolve just ignores the stabilizing done to a clip.
